We retain full copyright to all images and videos, and reserve the right to display them for self-promotion. Once final payment is made, you’ll receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the assets on your website, social media, and standard marketing materials. Exclusive licensing is available for an additional fee. Full details are included in your contract.
No. This package is designed to be completed in a single, efficient session.
This session is primarily geared toward lifestyle and branded photography rather than close-up headshots. That being said, we can included some headshot style photography for individuals, but headshots for a team of 2+ people will require additional retouching fees per person.
The package includes unedited b-roll video clips without audio. If you’d like a fully edited video with audio, we can add that as a custom upgrade for an additional fee.
A professional touch is recommended so you feel confident on camera. We can share local recommendations for hiring a hair and makeup artist on set or visiting a salon beforehand, though some clients choose to style themselves. Please note that excessive flyaways or styling issues may require additional retouching fees.
We’ll provide a list of recommended locations based on your brand and budget after our creative direction call.
Your session guide covers wardrobe selection, and your creative direction call will provide additional personalized recommendations.
We provide only the best edited photos to maintain brand consistency and professional quality. Additional edited photos can be purchased if desired.
A non-refundable deposit secures your session. You may reschedule once if communicated at least 2 hours before your session. Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Open communication is always appreciated—we understand life happens.
Reshoots are not standard, but we’ll work with you if there’s a specific issue with a session, like a major technical problem or missed agreed-upon deliverables. Cosmetic preferences or style changes after delivery are not covered. We strongly encourage reviewing our portfolio prior to booking to ensure our visual style aligns with your expectations.
