This retainer is a collaborative partnership—not a fully hands-off service. You (or your team) are responsible for posting the content if you’re not adding posting support, as well as handling community engagement, including comments and DMs. We’ll also need your participation in content shoots, quarterly strategy meetings, and timely review of delivered content with any notes or feedback.

If you’d like to expand to multiple platforms with custom strategy and assets, that can be added as an upgrade.
No—these packages are designed for organic social content only. That said, many of the posts we create are well-suited to run as ads if you choose.
At this time, we do not handle ad posting or analytics, so any paid campaigns would need to be managed on your end.
Not necessarily. The number of posts included in your package is designed to balance quality, consistency, and your budget. Posting more often can be beneficial for some brands, but only if it’s sustainable.
Our focus is on creating high-quality, original content that represents your brand well and builds recognition over time. Many clients find that consistent posting—even if only 2-3x a week—is enough to maintain visibility and engagement without burning out or creating content that doesn’t reflect their brand properly.
If you want to post more frequently, we can discuss upgrades or add-ons to safely scale your content output.
We tailor your content to your comfort level while staying true to your brand’s authenticity. If you prefer to stay off-camera, we can absolutely work with that.
